Payment for new students
In order to accept the offer and secure your place at the Sydney City Campus it is necessary to pay the fees and charges due as indicated in the Letter of Offer. This will include the Overseas Student Health Cover charge if required. Payment of the amount due should be made in Australian dollars. When making payment you need to include your Western Sydney University Student ID, as listed in the Letter of Offer. You can pay your fees using Flywire.

Payment for returning students
Payments can be made via our Payment Portal.
Payment is being made by a scholarship body/sponsoring organisation
Please attach a letter or other document from your sponsor detailing your payment arrangements.
Fill out the Student Acceptance and Payment Agreement and return it with your payment.
Once we receive your payment and Student Acceptance and Payment Agreement you will be provided with a confirmation of your enrolment at the Sydney City Campus which includes information about the compulsory orientation and enrolment program. You will also receive the Confirmation of Enrolment (CoE) for the student visa application. You should also read the international students section for information on arranging accommodation, airport pick-up and finding out about life in Sydney.

Your first day at the Sydney City Campus will begin with orientation, which is compulsory for all new students to attend. You will receive specific time and date information about your orientation by email in advance of your semester start date or you can view the Academic Calendar to find out more.
At orientation, you will also take part in a Course Information Session. At this session, you will receive important information about your course and the units you should enrol in. You will also be able to ask academic staff any questions about your course.

Firstly, you will need to activate your student account (called your ‘WesternAccount‘). This account gives you access to all our online services (including the My Student Records (MySR), the Library, your student email account and more)! You will need your Student ID number which is printed on your letter of offer.
Then, go to the ‘Links’ page and select My Student Records from the list. Once in My Student Records, click ‘Enrolment’ in the ‘Enrol’ drop down menu at the top of the page. Follow the steps to enrol. Commonwealth Supported Places eligible students will complete the Commonwealth Assistance Form (CAF) and SA-HELP CAF and provide a Tax File Number; postgraduate fee paying students will need to pay fees as detailed in your My Student Records account. If you need help enroling, please contact us at study@city.westernsydney.edu.au.
